I was called to plaster this extension in shenstone that had a few challenges along the way
Renovation plaster and lime skim
April 2026 Customer had a problem with damp on this wall so we removed the old gypsum based plaster let it dry out and replaced with renovating plaster and lime finish to make it breathable

Render patch in Cannock May 2026
removed the blown area and replaced with ocr and Silicone top coat
this render was cracked and had blown (not stuck on properly because water had got behind it and perished it over the years
in fact this one was quite desperate as it could have easily fell off at any time and was above to homeowners back door
